Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or valid pending application)
  • Experience with school-aged children is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Comfort adapting therapy plans for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students
  • Maintain and update documentation in compliance with district and federal regulations
  • Consult and partner with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Help promote an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment
