- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs for diverse student populations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school district policies
- Offer consultation and training to staff regarding best practices in communication support
- Manage varied caseloads across multiple school sites and age groups
