Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current FL SLP License required
- CCC-SLP credentials preferred; CFs welcome (supervision provided)
- Experience with severe-profound student populations and AAC devices
- Flexibility to work at multiple school sites and adapt to dynamic environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students
- Complete assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Implement AAC strategies and support students with significant needs
- Document progress and maintain compliance with district standards
