Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state license or eligibility to obtain one as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and IEP reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Provide direct therapy services in group or individual settings
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to promote student success
