Desired Skills & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish highly desired for one of the positions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptable, patient, and compassionate approach to therapy and student engagement
What Youll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among elementary, middle, or high school students
- Create individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs and goals
- Deliver therapy sessionsboth one-on-one and in groupsin an engaging, collaborative manner
- Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster student growth and advocate for effective communication strategies
- Document student progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Contribute to an inclusive, supportive educational environment
