Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students across the Metro Atlanta Area as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant and diverse educational environment. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time contract SLPs to join school teams for the 2026-2027 academic year. Interviewing is underway now for a July 27th start date, with opportunities to work at a single site or collaborate across locations, depending on assignment.

Youll have the chance to make a genuine impact in schools serving a range of age groups, including pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school students. Assignments may include supporting low-incidence units or working at specialized academies. Candidates with bilingual skills are especially encouraged to apply, as several sites offer a bonus for this expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current, active Georgia SLP license
  • Holds or eligible for a valid GA DOE certification
  • Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Bilingual proficiency highly desirable for some locations

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to facilitate student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Serve one or more school sites as assigned (most caseloads at a single location)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
