What Were Looking For:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates considered
• Active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certificate required (must obtain both eventually; either accepted initially)
• Experience working in K-12 schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt to individual student needs and IEP goals

Role Includes:

• Providing direct speech-language therapy services to students onsite during regular school hours
• Evaluating students and collaborating on the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Engaging in assessment, progress monitoring, and documentation according to school and state guidelines
• Communicating effectively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participating in team meetings and professional development as assigned
• Maintaining all required licensure, certification, and compliance documentation
