As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CFY), youll play a crucial role in shaping young minds and helping students achieve their full communication potential in a collaborative, resource-rich environment.

Multiple openings are available for the upcoming school year, with flexibility for candidates interested in either full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time opportunities. Youll work alongside a dedicated team, providing therapy, assessments, and participating in IEP meetings. Express your preference regarding age groups or types of caseloadfinding a fit that matches your professional goals is a priority.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Georgia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
  • Open to SLP-CFYs and SLP-CCCs.
  • School-based experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong skills in therapy delivery, evaluation, and IEP documentation.
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator ready to engage with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to K-12 students.
  • Conduct assessments and prepare thorough reports.
  • Develop, monitor, and update IEP goals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements.
  • Provide support and training for families and staff as needed.
