Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide virtual services for elementary school students in Alabama. This opportunity allows a skilled clinician to support childrens communication development through remote therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students in a virtual setting.
  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student goals.
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to monitor progress and support student success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Alabama SLP license required.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with elementary school-aged children.
  • Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Contract Details:

  • Position is a 1099 contractor role.
  • Full-time schedule averaging 37.5 hours per week.
  • Contract is for the current school year (CSY).
