An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting. This full-time, contract role begins August 2026 and extends through the end of June 2027. Working onsite, youll collaborate closely with students, educators, and families, providing services that make a meaningful difference in communication and learning outcomes.

Your expertise will help foster growth and support student success in a school environment that values inclusivity and individualized care. Make an impact by delivering direct therapy, participating in multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring every students voice is heard.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Proficiency with K-12 caseloads and IEP processes
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively onsiteremote options are not available for this position
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across K-12 grades
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility determinations
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document progress, maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Promote educational access and student engagement through tailored interventions
