Desired Qualifications:

• Hold an active Michigan SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in schools and/or pediatric settings
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for speech and language interventions
• Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered care
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Ability to organize and manage a dynamic school caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students across K12 grades
• Collaborate with general and special education staff to support student success in the classroom
• Document evaluation results, progress reports, and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
• Provide resources and strategies for classroom teachers and families
• Support students with a diverse range of speech, language, and communication needs
