Job Description

Make a significant impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist by working onsite with students in an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) setting near Dearborn, MI for the 20262027 school year. In this rewarding contract position, youll support a caseload of 4055 students, fostering communication skills at a pivotal time in their academic journey.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Prior experience working with school-aged populations, preferably in ASD or special education environments
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with students, teachers, and families
  • Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to a diverse group of students in an on-campus educational setting
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student development and progress
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain progress documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
  • Engage in regular communication with parents and staff regarding student progress and strategies
