What youll bring:

• Active Michigan SLP license is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong skills in speech, language, and communication intervention, assessment, and documentation
• Ability to establish positive rapport with students, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Experience with teletherapy or willingness to learn is a plus

What youll do:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy services for a caseload of 6th-8th grade students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and support staff
• Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Support students functional communication needs across classroom and school environments
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
