Job Description

This part-time contract position offers the chance to focus on providing personalized support to a single student currently receiving services in an alternative setting, ensuring individualized attention and continuity of care.

This assignment runs through the 2025-2026 school year, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 5th, 2026. Hours are flexible, with an expectation of 3 to 5 onsite hours each week, allowing you to blend impactful work with your existing commitments.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred.
  • Comfortable working one-on-one with students and collaborating with educational teams.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted speech-language services to support the unique needs of one student.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, and other related service providers.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans and document progress toward goals.
  • Maintain compliance with district and state regulations regarding special education services.
  • Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to a positive educational environment.
