Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) must be current
• Previous experience in school settings, serving diverse student populations, is strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively across Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School levels
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct/indirect therapy for students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state standards
• Provide consultation and resources for classroom teachers and families
• Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Adapt and modify interventions based on individual student progress and needs
