Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- Active Wisconsin SLP License
- Wisconsin DPI (Department of Public Instruction) License required
- Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates with school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with teachers, families, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and educational staff to support students learning goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Wisconsin state and district requirements
- Engage with parents and caregivers to share progress and strategies for student success
