Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Experience providing speech and language therapy in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload and tailor interventions to individual needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and relevant paperwork
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team
• Provide resources, support, and education to families and staff as needed
