Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome to apply
• Experience working with school-aged children, ideally within a school setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Collaborative attitude, comfortable working with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapies
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
• Consult with teachers and parents to support generalization of communication skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Provide direct therapy services according to student needs
