Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome to apply
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally within a school setting
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Collaborative attitude, comfortable working with educators, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapies
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
- Consult with teachers and parents to support generalization of communication skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Provide direct therapy services according to student needs
