What were looking for:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in Ohio, or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience with pediatric populations or within a school-based setting preferred
  • Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of speech and language disorders in children
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to student growth and inclusive educational practices

Youll:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse needs and disabilities
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals and reporting standards
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and ancillary staff for the best student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary team discussions
