Desired Experience & Skills:

• Hold or be eligible for current SLP licensure appropriate for elementary school settings
• Experience working with elementary-aged students (K-5) in school settings preferred
• Solid understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in young children
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
• Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with school policies

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with suspected speech/language needs
• Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions individually and in small groups
• Work closely with classroom teachers to support carryover of strategies in daily school life
• Document progress, maintain student records, and attend IEP meetings
• Communicate therapy goals and progress with parents, guardians, and staff
• Stay current with best practices and participate in professional development as needed
