Play a vital role in supporting the communication development of young learners in a warm, inclusive early childhood setting. This contract-based opportunity serves an Early Childhood/Preschool caseload, working onsite with dedicated professionals and a supportive student-centered environment. With an immediate start and coverage through June 2027, the position offers consistency and the chance to make a genuine difference in a childs formative years.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• School-based experience strongly preferred, especially with early childhood or preschool populations
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive, developmentally appropriate environments
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with children, families, and staff
• Ability to work onsite daily and participate in team processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to preschool-aged students with varied communication needs
• Assess, develop, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic support
• Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
• Contribute to a positive, nurturing early childhood atmosphere
