This role is ideal for professionals with their CCC, school-based experience, and a passion for working collaboratively with students, staff, and families. You'll have the opportunity to spend full days at each school, eliminating the need for constant travel between sites; each location is situated conveniently near the others.

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC required
• Previous experience with school-aged populations preferred
• Background in managing caseloads with students who have mild to moderate communication challenges, including those on the autism spectrum or with cognitive needs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and case management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering student growth and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
