- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and active state licensure or eligibility to acquire Alabama SLP credentials
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and educational goals

- Document progress regularly and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Offer resources and training to educators and families to enhance communication strategies within the school setting
