Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license valid in the state or eligibility for licensure
• Prior experience working with pediatric populations in school environments highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, goal setting, and documentation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech and language services to school-aged children
• Assess students through standardized tools, observations, and teacher/parent collaboration
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Participate in student-centered meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records of services, progress, and required compliance documentation
• Educate families and staff on best practices, strategies, and resources for communication development
