Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Knowledge and experience in working with pediatric populations across various grades, including Pre K, K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
  • Understanding of the unique needs of early childhood and school-age children
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Comfortable working in both individual and group settings with students from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct SLP services to students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support students speech and language needs
  • Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
  • Adapt interventions for different grade levels to ensure student success
  • Contribute expertise during IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Stay informed about best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
