• Hold a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Possess current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Maintain or be eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Demonstrate knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and individualized interventions within a school environment
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families

Major Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, individually or in group settings
• Conduct assessments and assist in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to address diverse student needs
• Maintain accurate records and provide progress reports per school and district guidelines
• Support students academic and social success by applying evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy
