Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Texas SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with a range of communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Complete speech, language, and communication assessments
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation according to state and federal guidelines
• Serve as a resource for families and staff regarding developmental milestones and intervention approaches
• Participate in IEP and parent meetings as needed, providing expertise and recommendations
• Adapt therapy techniques and materials to support students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
