Ideal Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Hold or be able to obtain relevant state licensure for speech language pathology
• Previous experience delivering therapy in pediatric or school-based settings
• Solid understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments according to IDEA guidelines
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans within the IEP framework
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students classroom participation and progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in team meetings and contribute clinical expertise to student success plans
