• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; new graduates (CFs) are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school teams
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and implement individualized, data-driven treatment plans
• Proficiency in documentation, IEP development, and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Assess students communication skills and language abilities using formal and informal assessment tools
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students unique needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy servicesindividually and in group settings
• Partner with educators, specialists, and families to support student progress
• Maintain detailed and compliant records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
