Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Oregon SLP License or the ability to secure one prior to start
• Credentials such as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP-School are welcomed
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based speech therapy is strongly preferred
• Skill in evaluating, diagnosing, and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Commitment to fostering communication and language growth in school-aged children
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary school students in individual and group settings
• Conduct assessments and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and document Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with school and state requirements
• Work closely with teachers and school staff to integrate communication goals into classroom activities
• Serve as a resource for families and caregivers regarding student progress and home strategies
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant regulations and timelines
