Key Qualifications:
- Active or eligible Oregon SLP License (or willingness to obtain)
- Background in pediatric, educational, or school-based SLP
- CCC or Clinical Fellow Year candidates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting elementary school-age students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students onsite
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress
- Document and analyze student outcomes to refine interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing team support
