Job Description

Located near Dallas, OR, this full-time, onsite position empowers you to make a positive difference in young learners lives while working in a collaborative school environment.

Ideal candidates bring expertise in delivering SLP services to elementary-aged children, whether you are experienced or seeking your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Youll assess needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and foster communication skills that set students up for academic and personal success. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Oregon SLP License, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
  • Familiarity with elementary school populations
  • Experience with pediatric and student caseloads
  • Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
  • Commitment to best practices in a school setting

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver SLP services for elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Document all progress and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide guidance and support for social communication skills within the school setting
