Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Solid communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans consistent with federal, state, and school guidelines
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy, both individually and in small groups
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for IEP meetings and educational planning
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student development
• Provide guidance and resources to educators and families to enhance carryover of skills
