What youll need:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY accepted
• Prior experience working in school settings is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs

Your role and daily impact:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals, track progress, and provide regular updates to teams and caregivers
• Deliver direct therapy services tailored to each students unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure consistent support
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and multidisciplinary team discussions
