Qualifications:
- Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist credential in Texas
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome to apply
- Experience with pediatric, school-based caseloads, or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptable and collaborative within multidisciplinary school teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and document student progress
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to create supportive learning strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state regulations
