Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Experience with pediatric and school-aged students preferred
  • Strong collaborative, communication, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to creating individualized treatment plans and measurable progress
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse K-12 population

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication therapy for students in grades K-12
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with other education professionals
  • Maintain clear documentation and progress tracking in compliance with school standards
  • Support teachers and families with strategies and resources for student growth
  • Participate in meetings, training, and professional development as needed
