What Youll Bring:

• Active Texas SLP license (CFs are encouraged to apply)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for supervisory opportunities
• Strong experience or practicum in a school-based setting
• Ability to handle a caseload of around 60 students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort with both individual and group therapy modalities
• Willingness to supervise and support Clinical Fellows or SLPAs if CCCs are held

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in a supportive school environment
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student growth
• Participate in parent meetings, IEP meetings, and district trainings
• If eligible, supervise and mentor SLPAs or Clinical Fellows
