A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Cusseta, GA, supporting elementary students in a school setting. This onsite contract role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your specialized skills across school-based pediatric speech therapy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to elementary school students
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support student progress
- Documenting student performance and maintaining compliance with state and district policies
- Participating in professional development and team meetings
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Valid Georgia Speech Language Pathologist license (required)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly within elementary schools
- Knowledge of current speech and language therapy techniques for school-aged children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students and staff
- Familiarity with caseload management and individualized educational programs (IEPs)
This position is a full-time onsite role within a school environment in Cusseta, GA. Candidates must hold a current Georgia SLP license to be considered.
