Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Strong experience in school settings required
- Ability to work effectively in an itinerant position across multiple campuses
- Open to working with Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Solid understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with school goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district and state guidelines
- Provide support and guidance to Clinical Fellows as needed
