Serve as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist providing specialized support in a dynamic school setting through a rewarding travel assignment based in Crescent City, CA. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week focused on delivering direct therapy services, conducting assessments, participating in IEP meetings, and developing tailored IEPs to meet student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct comprehensive testing and assessments
- Collaborate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Develop, write, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress consistently
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid California Speech Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence (CA SLP - CCC)
- Proven ability to manage caseloads in a school environment
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Experience with school-based speech-language pathology preferred
