Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure required for practice
- Proficiency in school-based SLP services, including evaluation and intervention
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations
- Accepting candidates with CCC credential, new graduates completing CFY, or professionals with a background in teletherapy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services in-person or via teletherapy, as needed
- Document student progress and participate actively in IEP meetings
- Engage in ongoing communication with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
