Step into an exciting opportunity providing speech-language pathology services in a dynamic preschool setting. This full-time contract role supports a dedicated preschool program with a manageable caseload of approximately 40 students. This assignment is set to begin in late August and extend through June 2027, offering stability and the chance to truly engage with your students and team. Part-time options may be available, providing flexibility for the right professional.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for preschool-aged students
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based direct therapy to children with a range of speech and language needs
• Maintain detailed, organized records of student progress and interventions
• Participate actively in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, collaborating with families and educational staff
• Contribute your expertise to multi-disciplinary teams focused on creating the best outcomes for children
• Foster strong, supportive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid RI Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Clinical experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred
• Expertise in assessment, evaluation, and the delivery of direct therapy for preschoolers
