Key Qualifications:
- Possession of an active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (either required to begin; both needed eventually)
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) credential
- Experience or training working in school settings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working onsite with students and educational staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as assigned
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEPs
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress
- Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to foster effective communication and positive student outcomes
- Flexible to adapt based on final assignment details upon release
Assignment Details:
- Contract duration: July 28, 2026 May 26, 2027
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week during school calendar
- Onsite work only (no virtual/remote options)
