Job Description

Youll collaborate with educators and students, helping to foster communication skills in a positive and professional environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (eventually both required, but one accepted to start)
  • Open to Speech-Language Associates holding certification through GaPSC
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
  • Experience with school-age children and familiarity with educational settings
  • Confident in providing services onsite; position does not support telepractice
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress according to school and state guidelines
  • Contribute insights during school meetings and ongoing staff professional development
