What Youll Need:

• Active North Carolina SLP license
• NC DPI Special Service Personnel - School SLP Credential
• CCC-SLP or CFY welcome; SLPs with school experience especially encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school teams
• Desire to create a supportive, engaging environment for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with educators and families
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to district and legal requirements
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Provide guidance and training to staff and families on speech-language strategies
