Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based SLPs
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school environment is beneficial
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communicate effectively with educators and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators
  • Consult with classroom staff to provide strategies that support student learning and inclusion
