A leading educational cooperative near Cottonwood Falls, KS is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position in the 2026-2027 school year. Whether youre looking for full-time or part-time flexibility, your expertise will benefit diverse school settings across several welcoming districts within an hour of Emporia, KS.

Use your clinical skills to provide direct intervention, assessment, and support for students with communication challenges. You'll experience a manageable caseload, working with 10-12 students per day or up to 50-55 throughout the week, and you will have the opportunity to indicate which district locations are most convenient to your current residence.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Kansas Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Previous experience supporting children in a K-12 educational setting is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Enthusiasm for collaborative work with educators, families, and related service professionals

What Youll Do:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessment and therapy services to students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and interventions
• Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, and parents
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
• Support students in multiple school sites, all within a reasonable driving distance
