Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
  • Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations and school-based settings
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility to travel between 34 school sites

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students in Pre-K through 8th grade
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement therapeutic interventions
  • Provide both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) sessions as appropriate
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and parents to support student communication needs
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress reports as part of the educational team
