Key Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations and school-based settings
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to travel between 34 school sites
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students in Pre-K through 8th grade
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement therapeutic interventions
- Provide both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) sessions as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and parents to support student communication needs
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports as part of the educational team
