Make a meaningful impact in the lives of K8 students as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive, onsite school setting near Cottonwood, CA. Key Qualifications:
- Current and active California SLP License required
- School-based SLP experience preferred, particularly with K8 caseloads
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere
- Comfortable working onsite with staff and students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K8 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs and academic goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress
- Provide direct therapy sessions within a classroom or pull-out model as needed
- Contribute to IEP meetings and student goal setting
