Desired Skills and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain required certification
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Capable of adapting therapy approaches for diverse student populations
• Proficient in documentation and maintaining timely records

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy to students in need
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective communication strategies and support student progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance with all regulations and school policies
• Offer consultative services and classroom-based interventions to meet student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and relevant training sessions as required
