Step into a rewarding opportunity as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, serving K-12 students across multiple buildings for the upcoming school year. You will be joining a supportive educational team in a beautiful area, working with a manageable caseload primarily composed of students with low behavioral needs. The district seeks an in-person SLP to provide robust support and consistency to students currently served virtually.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Ability to practice independently as a school-based SLP
• Previous experience in schools highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility working across multiple school buildings and with diverse student groups

Role Highlights:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Provide support and professional guidance to teachers regarding speech and language interventions
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Work full-time, 37.5-40 hours per week, for the duration of the academic year
