Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license (CA SLP License required)
  • Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Certified SLPs (CCC-SLP)
  • School-based experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently and work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Adaptable and positive attitude

Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and student support programs as needed
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
