Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Kentucky licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Confidence in providing therapy and assessments for a variety of age groups, from early learners through high school seniors
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with teachers, support staff, and families
• Flexibility to adapt approaches to meet diverse student needs
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative school environment

What Youll Be Doing:

• Conducting evaluations and delivering individualized speech-language therapy services for elementary, middle, and high school students
• Writing and maintaining thorough documentation, including IEPs, progress reports, and intervention plans in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop goals and strategies that promote student success
• Consulting and working closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students academic and social participation
• Engaging in professional development to remain current with best practices in speech-language pathology and education
