What you bring:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or valid Clinical Fellowship candidacy
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech and language disorders
- Familiarity with school-based service delivery and IEP documentation processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse student needs
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative services for students with diverse needs, from articulation to language and social communication
- Track progress, monitor student outcomes, and make clinical recommendations based on data
- Educate staff and families about communication development and supportive strategies
