What you bring:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Indiana
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or valid Clinical Fellowship candidacy
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech and language disorders
• Familiarity with school-based service delivery and IEP documentation processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse student needs

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in a school setting
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide both direct therapy and consultative services for students with diverse needs, from articulation to language and social communication
• Track progress, monitor student outcomes, and make clinical recommendations based on data
• Educate staff and families about communication development and supportive strategies
